This year's event on the village green will begin at 2pm on Monday 5th May with the crowning of the May King and May Queen.
After that there will be maypole and morris dancing, a vintage car display, stalls (including the renowned Hornton white elephant),
games, teas and an art/craft exhibition and flower festival. We shall be there with website t-shirts and a game to raise funds
to keep the website going. Do come along!
28th April '03 - Art/Craft Exhibition and Flower Festival
There will be an art/craft exhibition and flower festival in the Methodist Chapel on Sunday 4th and Monday 5th May.
It will run from 3pm to 6pm on Sunday with cream teas available and then be open again on Monday from 1.30pm to
4pm during the May Day celebrations. The flowers will be beautiful and it is an opportunity to see the refurbished Chapel
which is now an excellent space for the village to use. The teas will of course be yummy....
