HARBURY AND DISTRICT CRIB LEAGUE - News September 2003
With only 10 teams in the league this year the first match will be on October 7th. To start the season the Committee
invite all players to take part in a singles knock out competition to take place on September 23 and 30th hosted by
The Greaves Club and the British Legion, Bishops Itchington.
On September 23rd
Greaves Club invite Shoulder of Mutton, Dun Cow, Cottage and Red Lion
BIBL invite Green Man, Carpenters, Crown and Kineton SSC
It is hoped to start with 32 players at each venue and reduce this to 8 players at each venue. These will continue into
the Finals on September 30th. Venue for final to be decided by toss of coin.
Could we ask that each team bring a crib board and a set of cards with them.
Entry fee will be £1 per player. This will be become the Prize for the winners.
Essential that we start at 8.30pm!!!!!

We confirm that it is the responsibility of the winning team to ensure that match results cards are with the Fixture
Secretary before the Monday following the match so that results can be prepared in good time.
